Who we are

This website is run by Jai Virat Biopharma (“we”, “us”), the company behind Glamcy. For anything about your personal data, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

What we collect

Just browsing? We don't ask you for anything, and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

• When you order from us directly: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address (house/street, area, city, state and PIN code) and the quantity you order.
• Payment details (card, UPI, net banking) are entered into Razorpay's secure payment window and go straight to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
• Like any website, our hosting provider briefly receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page.

How we use it

• To take payment for your order, pack it and deliver it to you.
• To email your order confirmation and contact you about your delivery.
• To protect checkout from abuse: your IP address is used to limit repeated checkout attempts, held in memory for a few minutes and never saved.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting law requires.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your order details for marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order:

• Razorpay, our payment processor. It handles your payment and keeps the order record, including your delivery details.
• Resend, our email provider. It sends your order confirmation and our internal new-order alert.
• Our hosting provider, which runs this website.
• Courier partners, who get your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Links to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Instagram take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies and storage

• One cookie, set only when you start a direct checkout. It holds your order ID so we can confirm your payment, can't be read by page scripts, and expires after 30 minutes.
• Your browser remembers, for the current tab only, that you've already seen the opening animation. It contains nothing about you.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it where we no longer need it by law. You can also raise a complaint with us. If we don't resolve it, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.

To make a request, email us from the address you ordered with. We'll reply as soon as we can.

Children

Direct orders should be placed by an adult. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
